Ever Been Struck By Lightning? How About 8 Times? Didn't Think So..
Unless of Course, You Are Trying To Rape A Concealed Carry Permit Holder...Then Your Ass Is Toast..
There is a huge difference. Those killed by lightning may or may not have deserved it. Those shot by someone with a conceal carry permit probably did deserve it. I would guess the preponderance of evidence favors a judicial shooting to not. Or it would be all over the "news", for one thing.
